2005 Suzuki RM-Z 250 "rmz valve" Questions

valve settings for rmz 250 what are the settings for a 2004 rmz 250 because I have looked but cant find the settings on the internet Exhaust Power valve setting for stock is: 1/2 turn out from closed.

I've got an 2010 rmz 250 runs fine when cold and I've got an 2010 rmz 250 runs fine when cold and idle is fine but when warm as soon as you give it abit it just splatters an coughs heaps any ideas
