Helman Group RKP-630 Popcorn Maker "nostalgia electric wont" Questions

wont pop out of the Kettle jamming it up. I use premeasured 6oz packages in whats supposed to be an 8oz popper. I cant get anyone from Nostalgia Electrics to respond via phone or email. I dont know if

...Could be a heating element broken as well. If you don't have appliance repair experience, I would take it to a repair shop. Where can I find an motor for my nostalgia electric popcorn maker

The motor wont spin, how do I fix this? I turn it on and it makes noise like the motor is going but it will not rotate. Check for loose set screws on the gears, beyond that they are not repairable.
