2000 Chevrolet S-10 "fast blinker" Questions

blinker is blinking really fast and stops when the head lights are on and doesnt blink...ive checked the bulbs...going crazy..HELP its the fuse. wen a bulb blinks fast and cuts in and out its the fuse
