1998 Oldsmobile Bravada "drivers side tire tilting" Questions

tire on the back left (Driver side) is tilted, I am not sure why this is, I bought new tires, 1 and a half months later I need new ones..Can someone tell me what might be the prob? Hi Jason, I suggest
