2000 Pontiac Grand Prix "car jerking 70" Questions

2001 Grand Prix jerks when driving mostly at higher speeds like 70-80 mph. It can do it at 40 mph too and it seems to be when I accellerate. Also, turns off the Cruise Control if its on when it jerks.
