4GB microSDHC card bought it seperatly, its a ScanDisk memory card. any ideas please? This phone can only recognize memory up to 2GB... your 4 gig is to large and your phone wont recognize sdhc card..

my sd card with my music if you are trying to use anything larger than a 2gb card your phone may not support SDHC check your manual. 4gb and larger require a different technology then its predecessors

is not recognizing, says the memory card is not ready Try loading the card with songs. I've read that the VU won't accept SDHC of 4GB, until you load it with a min of 2GB of stuff...songs, movies..etc

4gb memory cards are sdhc, the phone is not compatible with a sdhc. As far as your computer reading a memory card, you have to have a reader writer in the computer. If you have that go to Media Player
