...take the paper tray out and you will be able to see a sensor on top. when the tray is fitted the sensor is on top of the paper. the paper lifts the sensor to activate. i am a photocopier
Why can't I phtocopy? The printer does not photocopy for the last few weeks. In the past I didn't have any problem to photocopy either in B&W or in Colour. The scanner light or sensor might be faulty.
