Fisher Paykel EcoSmart GWL15 "gwl11 takes time" Questions

GWL11 When the water is waterfalling over the clothes the pump some times screams. The waterfall goes from a trickle to waterfall. Sounds like the intake is plugged at times. How do i get to the pump?
