...collet. Slow and steady should get it loose. Another option is use some penetrating oil sprayed lightly onto the back of the collet to help loosen it from the shaft etc. Same thing happened to me... ...

How do i take the bit off of a dremel multipro model395 type 5 unscrew the collet nut, and then if it's still stuck, tap the end of the bit on the table or something solid. It'll come loose then.

collet has bit into the soft shaft of the tool. Holding the rotation lock button in, grab the shank with some strong needle nose pliers and twist the shaft loose or pull it off completely with the nut
