Kodak EASYSHARE 5300 All-In-One InkJet Printer "photos purple tint print" Questions

photos came out fine, but then I started getting the purple tint again. What can I do to fix this problem? I tried a gentle clean and a deep clean and neither worked. thanks! Check your print settings
