GE JVM1441 Microwave Oven "fix buzzing noise spacemaker" Questions

GE spacemaker is making a buzzing noise sometimes when it cooks?? How can I fix this? make sure the screws around the back and on the light access panel are all tight -- it may be the cabinet buzzing.
