Fan seems to run on and off a lot and I get a humming noise that lasts approx 2 seconds about every 2-3 minutes. Any suggestions? Bad relay or compressor.

humming or nothing digtal reading are working but nothing else you need to replace the fan at the back of the unit. no noise means the fan is not working. The fan removes the heat from inside the unit
