...dont know my PUK number & my pin number & when i called someone the voice was not clear & i had to switch off the mobile & when i switched it on i had to tell the puk & the pin ...

dont remember what the password is. I looked in the user manual for some assistance. I tried the soft reset and hard reset, when i read further i came across a note saying "if you forget your password
