Is there a spot in motor to put gear oil for transmission? the oil spot is located on the tranny not the motor if u want to oil the transmission / see pic
...so that tells me the lid switch is fime and motor is fine. The drive coupling mounted between the tranny and motor is probably broken I have a page with pics and movies to give ya some ideas what
