lose the still picture and sound. Can't power on/off. If I unplug the TV for awhile, I can eventually get a few minutes of image/sound, then it freezes again. I looked at the lamp and door - seem fine

my tv loses sound for a second every couple of minutes try hooking up an auxiliary speaker and see if that cuts out. if not then just use exterior speakers and get some more time out of this set.
