SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player "firmare upgrade" Questions

I have sansa e25o.i try to upgrade my firmare.afterthat its totally dead.only blue lights blink. I would get the Sansa Recovery Tool form Sandisk's website and run it.

usually a firmware upgrade can solve the problems you are having..use itunes to upgrade the firmare and then your device should work properly after you have done that..let me know what the outcome is.
