Denon AVR-1604 Receiver "speakers woofer flashing lights" Questions

speakers all i get is the Sub woofer and the fronts to work thru the am/fm reciever. When i try hooking it up to my LCD HD TV I get very faint low sound?? Not sure wghat the "red" lights are

flashing and there's no sound from it anymore. How can i repair this myself? Is there an internal circuit breaker for something as stupid as this? A fuse perhaps? Any help would be greatly appreciated
