RIM BlackBerry 7100G Smartphone "cannot hear" Questions

cannot hear voice. I have a Pearl 8100. Problem is I cannot hear voice from the phone.but If i use Headset or bluetooth or enable speaker i can hear the voice. Can any one help in fixing this problem.
