ckeck the data cable is connected in your pc or not in your pc go start setting printer and faxes and in this window you can show your printer then ckeck it it is ready or not if it is ready then open
...the laptop but am still getting the same issue. Can you advise? Detach the USB cable,un install the drivers,run the CD,connect the cable when connecting dialbox appears,finish it up..
