BIOS is corrupt. In general, the only recourse is to replace the CMOS IC outright. You could remove the IC and reprogram it in a EEPROM programmer. Or you could swap it out with a similar motherboard.

replace the motherboard or take it to a shop that might be able to reprogram the EPROM with the correct BIOS. I haven't priced an actual BIOS chip in a very long time but it should be relatively cheap
