Toshiba Satellite R10-S802TD Tablet PC "number keys stuck symbols" Questions

...number 3 keys(and various other keys). how do you go back and forth to those items. My number 2 key is stuck on 2 and quotation marks. I can't figure out how to get to the "at" symbol. thanks You ...
