...we cannot get the cd to play even though everything else works . How does you turn the cd on. We put the cd in, press cd button and that is as far as it goes. Did you put the CD in correct side

...play a md in my portable all i get is a whiring sound and a constant beep, the display has only a spining cd and full battery icon! I have also tried putting a md cleaner inside but it won't work ...
