Reciever turns off just purchased the Onkyo TX-SR606. The whole unit turns off when the volume exceeds 39. Ive set the volume limit to 79 in the speaker settings. Powering off usually points to issues
reciever have separate speaker switches? Try turning off the speakers and turning on the amp. If it doesnt have speaker switches , make sure ALL the speakers are connected at both ends and try turning
