Dell DJ MP3 Player "recu" Questions

My Dell DJ MP3 Player' always in rescue mode V1.13.. what should i do??? even i press the reset botton in the bottom of my dell' it is still in recue mode... Try puttin a thumbtack in the litle hole ...
