...MODEL 27V513T i have an rca tv model 27v513t that the fpa lock is on and won't let me change to cable mode or change the tv with the remote which is getting on my very lasting nerve....PLEASE HELP ME ...

i have an rca 27v513t and there is only a lower portion of picture but full sound. tv dispays video and audio on lower half only and black on top half,27v513t rca model.
