how do i clean my with my philips hq2000. instructions are in a different langue do u soak the razor in it or what???? 1 Set the Jet Clean System base on a flat surface and pull the cleaning reservoir

Turns on for only a few seconds, then it goes to the hot setting light and blinks Does not get warm I have 2 doing the same thing.
