Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 DVD Player "fix sound" Questions

mics (although no sound from mics can be heard). Any ideas on how to fix it, or it is a dead fish. I can still use it as a dvd player. Do you get this issue fixed? My 6619 has exactly the same problem
