I have Mackie SRM450v2 speakers, one has no power, I think the fuse has blown, it it possible for me to change this myself? The manual says it's not user serviceable. Chances are if the fuse has blown

My peavy escort 1500 keeps shutting off but will come back on if I turn it off and on is it a fuse? Need to know if there are fuses.can I change it to fix this problem Can't be fuses, as it comes back
