Konuspot 80 (20-60x80 mm) "scope loose eyepiece" Questions

scope. Eyepiece does not lock up tight, tends to wiggle loose and drop off. Easy fix? or expensive. Considering putting a rubber gasket in between the scope and the eyepiece in the hope it tightens up

loose inside the eyepiece. It has never been bumped or dropped. I've e-mailed the retailer and Konus USA...no response. It has a one year warranty but what good is it when there is no customer service
