wont read any games its a fault with the laser in the dvd drive, it may just need cleaning with a dvd cleaner disk, or it may need replacing. If its just the one disk it may be scratched, take it down

wont get the key (on a chip in the motherboard on the cd drive) unless you have the original dvd drive taken out of your xbox. Then you can just switch that little motherboard on the bottom of the dvd
