Koss KS3161 System "dvd picture rolls down" Questions

...video cable and you shoud get a picture to change it. or whlie the dvd try is out, press the down arrow on ur remote 4 time the right push, then down 1 and push to the left and it shoulg change

...picture under DVD/CD selection. Everything else works well as far as audio. Another thing I notice, under DVD setup menu the "preference page" is empty. I hope you can help, I just got this system ...
