Netflix "ps3 letting sign" Questions

ps3 wont let me sign into my Netflix account it is saying wrong email or password. I updated play station 3 too my e-mail address and password won't let me join play station network

...sign on the center of the screen. Now do I just need to let it load? What am I doing wrong and what do I really need to do to get it to work on my ps3? someone please help me asap. thx Pandora works ...
