HTC Hero Smartphone "headset problems" Questions

I have two Bluetooth-enabled devices from Motorola: (1) DECT cordless phone (B802) and (2) headset (H790). They are paired. I can use the headset to answer calls, however, I can't make headset to work

when plug my headset and remove, headset icon is not get removed from screen. hence not able to hear with headset. mobile is Micromax Q5 its nt a service problem i also faced d same! after u unplugged
