brother intellifax 770 paper jam error and i've tried restarting and the same message. did you take out the cartridge and look inside, the papre might be under the cartridge.
i am using canon copier NP 1215 and i am experiencing papr jam at the heater unit; paper stop the heater unit. Hello try to clean carefully the "Heater roller" when it will be heat by any clean cloth.
