GE 24 in. GSD3400G Built-in Dishwasher "gsd2020z01bb" Questions

...it is filled to the appropriate level..the brand of the dishwasher is GE and the model number is GSD2020Z01BB. I couldn't find it on your list. The dishwasher is about 9 years old also. usual
