GE JVM3660 Microwave Oven "light bulbs blow" Questions

light worked, but now apparently is stuck on the high position - we have a high/low switch. Did some fry to keep the high/low button on high? Or, do we just need to have 2 bulbs back in the microwave?

blow off before the fuse can respond. ALWAYS unplug a microwave to replace the bulb. I have seen a lot of units damaged that way. Need either a new circuit bosrd, or someone to repair the blown traces
