Metra Ford F 150 Truck 1999 "rear wheel making roaring noise" Questions

...rear end. Sounds like bad tires, but i jacked it up an put it in drive. Still makes the noise. Anyone know if this is likely the U-joint, differenial, or maybe the drive shaft? Thanks. Almost ...
