I have a brand new food proccessor KFP770 the light comes on and it is assembled propley but doesnt work. Is the bowl and lid locked into place correctly. The unit wont function if they aren't.
light comes on wont start Probably the safety microswitch activated by the bowl mechanism is not being pushed in far enough. Most likely it will need a new bowl or lid.
