Under my Southwind RV is one of the fuse panels all the wiring isn't connected. Can I find somewhere that shows me in detail which wires go into which fuse port

Yes, you have two fuel pumps

One in the tank and a second one on the right (passengers ) side of the front of the engine.

RV makers are often very secretive on wiring diagrams. If you have a test meter, test the voltage behind the breakers and fuses and then on the delivery side. Then check at the lights themselves.

The weight is posted somewhere in the RV. Could be on a visor, inside a closet or cabinet door, or on a door panel.

Should have the basic schematic in your owner's manual. If not, contact the mfg and see if you can download one or have it mailed.

i am asssuming that you are talking about your coach battery bank.are they 12 volt or 6 volt battery system. the arc is a short. check polarity. can you charge the batteries with an external battery charger? if so. then need to check converter output from your mian power panel. there are a few other things to check. need more specifics. and you need to have a volt meter handy.
