Jun 21, 2020 - The water pump is accessed from the bottom rear of the Designer. Remove the ABS belly pan and there is the pump. Be prepared to have a helper.

Look at where the water inlet for filling the water tank is. On tge inside of the trailer there may be a box where the pump is located.

The exact location can vary for each MFR, but the two places you mentioned are the most common, best the fresh water tank or heater. If you do not see them in an obvious location, check behind the panels and also look behind the panel where your water inlet and valve controls would be. A part like this is typicallyeasy to access, though not always visible..

One way to locate the water pump is to turn on a facet and then turn on the water pump. You should be able to hear it run as it tries to "catch up" on water flow/pressure. Look where the sound comes from. You can find the water heater from outside the RV by looking at the walls for a access door that has a screen on a portion of it. This will be the location of either the water pump or the furnace. If furnace, look for another such door.

While not familiar with that particular model, it will be easy to locate. Just turn it on and listen. It WILL make some noise.

Some are accessed from an outside panel, under a bed or cabinet, thru an access panel inside, outside or a storage compartment outside.
