You will not find a plumbing diagram since they are not published. Were you connected to the city water or were you using the fresh water tank? You will basically have to start at the input point and follow the water lines until you locate the leak. Identify what is leaking and replace. It is possible that a water fitting has either popped loose or cracked from freezing.

There is a dampener that opens and closes inside the duct system under the dash. If it gets stuck on the wrong position it will blow hot. They are usually vacuum controlled. Try to slide the thermostat to hot then back to cold and see if it will actuate. If not, you will need to locate the dampener and check the actuator for failure.

#1 is make sure the RV is FOUR WAY LEVEL before attempting. Check for obstructions at the glide points and also INSIDE the RV. A toy on the floor can stop the slide-in. Those apply whether slider is manual or electric. IF it's electric, first thing to check is the fuse for the slider circuit.

is your fresh water tank full it could be a overflow or a low point drain

The statement is extremely vague. Is it a travel trailer or a motor coach? Motor coach could be dripping condensation from ac while in use. Is it fresh water and only leaks when connected to a hydrant? Does it only leak when sewage is dumped into the black water holding tank? In short, you must determine under what condition the unit is leaking. Then narrow down where it is leaking from and then identify the failed part. RV manufacturers do not publish plumbing diagrams so it is all visual in the diagnostic process.

First try the website below. I'm not sure if it is specifically for your trailer but it could be useful.
Next try the manufacturers website. Some companies will have a page where you can download copies of owners manuals.
If you bought it from a dealer, new or pre-owned, ask them. They should be able to get you one.
Did you buy it privately? Try some of the owners clubs. They can give you more accurate places to try.

Clear GE Silicone adhesive is almost bullet proof for that but make sure the area you will apply it is clean and dry if possible. Clean your caulking gun after use as this stuff gets... well, just clean up well.
