The battery is easily drain even i replaced it an new battery, what is the posible problem of my vespa lx 150 ie? Ty
Many answers you need a multimeter or ammeter to measure the quiescent current drawn (power used when nothing turned on)
Set it on the 10a scale and measure the current drawn ,put the leads in series with the battery feed wire.
Causes could be a faulty regulator pack or a short on the stator of the generator,a scuffed cable shorting to earth ,(usually around the brake light switch) or a faulty switch causing a lamp to light continuously . I could go on but that should give you a starting point.
good luck

Stephen: On the ModernVespa.com Website, Greasy 125 says: "ign coil on the stator or the ign. pickup (also on stator) would be my first guess.

After a few miles it will die and it acts like its out of gas
Check that the gas tank is vented. If the vent is blocked then the fuel being used by the engine will gradually cause a vacuum in the tank and it will cease to flow, causing the the engine to cut out. Most motorcycles are vented through a small hole in the gas cap or a separate hose to atmosphere. It has to be vented someway.
just look around until you find it.
Front panel of vespa lx
no, you cant!
it is a welded frame assembly which acts as a chassis.
but you may take off the handle-bar, the inner cover incl. the storage box under it - then you have access to the back side of the front panel and may beat out the dents.
- but this work needs much skill and cannot be done perfectly by a non-professional.
if the dents are not too deep you better use only 2 component polyester body-filler on the outside of the front panel...
Vespa et2 always slow
-such strange behaviour very often occurs when the rollers (& belt)in the variator case are worn, they have to be replaced by a dealer.
-they have a lifetime of only 12'500miles (20'000km)
You should change the roll bearings in the variator box not only the belt! -the complete servicekit
My digital clock not working new battery in scooter 2009 model
unfortunately the clock has its own battery
- you can do this by yourself only if you have good mechanical skills as you have to dismantle the whole dashboard/handlebar!
- better you ask your vespa-shop to do it on your next service...
(a LR43 button cell is needed)
Digital clock
the clock battery is
not connected to the main battery - it has it's own small button cell which lasts only about 2 years.
- you can change this by yourself only if you have good mechanical skills as you have to dismantle the whole dashboard/handlebar!
- better you ask your vespa-shop to do it on your next service...
(a LR43 button cell is needed)
