Hi, Lugnuttsplac for this scenario you will need your service manual that has all fastener torque specs and a wiring diagram on the back pages, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can not find the best tool you ever bought for your Ultra, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

This sounds like a bad fuel pressure regulator, perhaps the fuel lines need new o rings or just to be replaced if changing the i ring isn't possible. I'm including a link, read up and see what applies to your bike. This should get you headed in the right direction! https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touring-models/856080-leaking-fuel-hose-at-gas-tank-injected.html

Were they adjusted too long or too short? Was it running for that '10 plus minutes'? Set too long and you risk hitting the valves, too short and the valves won't open properly. Depending on which one it was you might need to take the cylinder heads off to check the valves aren't damaged.

I need the year, make, and model of your motorcycle please click on the word "COMMENT" below and provide this information in the box that will open and then click on the green comment box in the bottom right-hand corner after it posts I will receive an "ALERT" icon that will allow me to respond to your information. There is a strap available that clamps to the battery posts.. you could buy one of them.. or, you could work a strap or rope down under the battery and pull it up by that.

You need a code reader with abs support to reset the light.

If it's just the running-lights, it's a good chance it's only the fuse.
Check the manual to isolate which fuse you need to be looking at, pull it & see if it's blown.?
If you can't specifically ID which fuse you need, take them all out ONE-AT-A-TIME, to check them.
That way you never have more than one fuse out & one slot to put it back into.
Best of luck.
