Best you can find. Rock Oil if you can. Stay away from the old Magnatek etc etc as I found them to be no better than the 15 quid cheaper Rock Oil. (Slick50 my ninja too! Old thing. )

Bleed clutch. Left hand side where gear shifter is (zx7r) you may see your clutch set up (Fluid set up that is??). Be a nipplpe just like calipers. Pump clutch / slacken - tighten etc etc. Replace fluid totally - I found it goes clloudy and like rat p**s, hence no pressure?
