Where is the low headlights fues on 2006 Dodge Ram 2500

Most headlight fuses are next to the battery, but some low beams are incorporated into the daytime running lights. Check the relay too for a signal from the dash switch and check for constant power side of relay also. One side is main power that gets relayed to the low beams and the other part of the relay is the side that gets the signal from the dash switch, one side is ground and the other is power, but the dash switch needs to be on headlights to diagnose.

Does a 74 olds 98 have a relay for the headlights?

It has a headlight switch. Pull the knob out and it goes from off, to parking, to headlights. A (foot) press switch on the floor controls the low and high beam. The (low) wattage of the headlights back then and not needing to run small wiring through the turn signal switch, allowed them not to require a relay to run the headlights. You have two relays. Your flasher (turn signal) relay - under the dash. And your horn relay mounted on the firewall.

1999 2500 chevy suburban parking lights, dash and taillights will not turn on but headlights and turn signals still work.. I have checked fuses and found nothing wrong??? could it be the head lamp...

The tail lights run through the headlight switch, they also run through the combination switch(turn signals) that is a known issue for those trucks try messing with the hazard light switch and see if the start functioning, also if you have a tow package the lights have seconday fuses and relay in the electrical box under the hood

Lights, turn signals, horn don't work

Look for a bad ground connection inside the headlight shell (or possibly elsewhere). The other thing that all of the items you mention that are working intermittently have in common is the ignition switch. With the switch 'on', check for battery voltage at the fuses for the headlight, turn signals, horn, etc. No voltage at the fuses likely means a bad ignition switch.
