What are the valve lash specs for 2007 Honda Accord V6?

There is a specific procedure for setting valve clearance . I highly recommend getting a repair manual for the correct specs & procedure. The engine must be at TDC with the #1 cylinder on the compression stroke , that will allow you to adjust ONLY certain valves , then you have to turn the engine one turn to TDC again only now #1 will be on the exhaust stroke & the rest of the valves can be adjusted . it's important that you know the difference between the two !

1996 T100 V6 CHANGE tps, 3 coils ,spark plg, wires, check fuel pressure ,itwill not rev above 3000 rpm??

may be a vacuum hose is rotted out that leads to a device only activated over that limit; or a vacuum device that just fails to maintain good vacuum when it hits that level of demand.

Can the valves be adjusted on a 1996 Toyota Camry 2200 (number on the valve cover)

Yes they can but you will need a couple of special tools. This style of valve adjustment is Called a shim an bucket. First the valve to cam clearance needs to be measured. Then if that measurement is out of spec you will need to use. Couple of special tools to compress the valve so that the shim can be removed. Once the shim is out you will need to measure it's thickness with a micrometer than figure out the correct size replacement. The replacement will need to be purchased from the dealer. These are not easy or DIY friendly. I can give you more info if you think you want to tackle it.

I have a 1996 Toyota T100. I recently had to replace the headgasket on the right bank. While doing so 3 of the lifters came off.I thought I had them in the right positions so I put the engine back together....

This may have resulted in a valve being too tight, if it idles smooth with no misfires it's probably something else that's causing the power loss. Listen to the exhaust when idling if something that sounds like a pop, pop noise there is a leaking exhaust valve and the compression should be checked or remove the valve cover and check valve clearance. The loss of power may also be caused by the timing belt being off a tooth so be sure the timing belt marks are correct.

Does the 1996 T-100 Toyota pick-up have a timing belt or a timing chain?

It has a timing BELT. I just had mine replaced ($600). After well over 100k. It was barely worn so go to the effort/expense of checking before you go whole hog on a replacement. Also the V6 3.4 litre is a NON interference engine.
