Question about 2003 Husaberg Fe 650 e
2000 fe 600 e clutch does not completely disengage with clutch pulled completely into the handlebar grip. The clutch master cylinder is new and has been bled but there seems to be a frequent slight loss of fluid through the slave cylinder/piston into the engine (there is no external clutch fluid leak anywhere) and the slave cylinder piston o-ring has been replaced also. @
Hi, Houndshowlin and the usual suspects are:
1. Clutch not properly adjusted.
2. Clutch plates rusted together.
3. The hydraulic clutch needs bleeding.
4. Faulty clutch slave cylinder.
5. Faulty clutch ramp mechanism.
6. Broken clutch rod
7. Clutch pack loose on the main shaft.

turn the handle-bar to the left and set the mastercylinder under pressure by holding the lever with a rubber strap to the grip
and leave the bike over night in the garage - next morning remove the strap and sure there will be a good pressure.

SOURCE: I am replacing the handlebars
You can try finger nail polish remover. The acetone should dissolve the adhesive. Other than that you may be faced with cutting it off and jsut replacing with different grips on the new assembly.

SOURCE: I have lost my
Loosen the bolt going into the master cylinder just enough to allow brake fluid to come out when you pump the lever. Retighten the master cylinder bolt. Once you have the master cylinder bled the rest of the system will be easy.
