This is a common problm faced by many pulsar owners.... this is because of the clogged air pipe in the petrol tank, next time ur bike stops just open the tank lock(the place from where u fill petrol) and force some air into it by ur mouth and shut it.... ten try starting the bike, if it starts the problm is actually the air pipe... go to some mechanic and ask him to de- clog it...

I have also faced the the same problem actually it occurs when the bike is parked for a long time under the sun beam.

Please avoid sun beam choose a proper shed for your motorcycle parking. If the problem happens open the fuel pouring cap for 5 second and put it back then try to start this is called vapor locking

SOURCE: i have a problem with my bajaj pulsar shock absorber, within three months it was found hard

i think it is shock absorber.after 15000 km it is recommended to change the oil of shocker.
1>you may topup your shocker oil then see if their is change or not.
if not
2>then your shocker must be tilted or damaged which can be repaired with a pressure machine or they must be changed....

SOURCE: Headlight

I think u can replace it by 220's headlight and any bajaj authorised service center can do this job but just to tell u that the 220's headlight works out well in terms of design because it goes well with the fairing on the tank. If u try to put it on 150 then probably it would not go with the tank of 150 in terms of flowlines and it will also look big and bulky.Do remember that the headlight assembly unit of 220 have a different wiring mechanism as the headlight comes with a Xenon projected lamps. U will have to change the wiring system of your 150 by 220's one and will cost u big bucks. But if money is not a constraint for u then u can always go ahead and do this job on your bike.

well, start with a basic tune up, spark plug etc. Gasoline is a real problem as of late. A lot of pump gas is now oxygenated, containing 10% ethanol, be absolutely sure you're using premium or gas that contains NO alcohol.
Doing this, if it's still weak you should do a compression test and see if the engine is getting tired.

Start at you battery and work back towards your ignition inspecting each and every harness connector...disconnect, clean with electric contact cleaner, apply a small amount of dielectric grease and reconnect, even the connectors under the seat. Which type of engine oil should i use in my Pulsar 150?

I have been using Castrol Active (Grade - 20 W 40) in this bike and have never faced any problems. Do not use the Castrol Power 1. Also get the engine oil changed after every 2500 kms. (get it replaced after 500 - 600 kms during the 1st service and after that change every 2500 kms)

Pulsar's smoothness changes after few kms

ok so its a brand new bike.. though the engine comes with proper boring nowdays but still you shold maintain low speeds  initially as  they are bits which take time to settle. did you ever meet an accident?? this may be a handling problem too..,may be the bike is disbalanced. get it checked in the service centre only.. Hope it works..:))
