It sounds like your battery is going bad, but it is possible your starter and solenoid are worn out. Have autozone or advanced auto parts test your battery for dead cells, etc. Replace your battery if it comes back as bad, or replace your starter and solenoid if it is found to be good.

It wont turn over even with a new battery. What could it be. It slowly started tuning over slow before failing completely

Sounds to me as if your starter is dead. Do you hear a click every time you turn the key? If so, then it is your starter. You can try hitting it with a hammer or something hard and try to turn. Chances are it will turn over but sounds as if the brushes are dead.

Wont start after replacing starter

Obviously you had a fuel or ignition problem. If engine turns over then no need to replace starter. Now it sounds like starting problem has occured. Is the battery fully charged?

How to install a starter on a 2006 toyota corolla?

They only have 2 bolts holding them in. Unbolt/unclip the wires from the starter and then remove those 2 bolts. Replacing it is the same process in reverse.

Last week, my 1998 Lexus ES300 wouldn't start (clicking sound) and I thought it was the battery. I jump started it but noticed that it still made the clicking sound, for my first couple of tries, it did...

If car wont start and clicking sound is heard this is a battery related or starter related, if your car battery is in good condition (which I think it was) then the problem is your starter, have it check to confirm.

Want start

Starters and starter solonoids are a big big problem on high mileage explorers Try to tap on the STARTER with a hammer not too hard there are magnets inside and you will crack them hit it firm though. Do you even get a 'CLICK" when you try to start it?
