SOURCE: My YZ 250 F rear shock absorber fluid and nitro amount

there is no quantity that i can give you.....you have to fill that thing completely and make sure you have no air at all in it...maybe you can see this important step on you tube....otherwise the pressure of nitrogen is between 150-175 lbs depending on the way you like you're bike to absorb..make sur you place you're valving shim in right place if you change you seal....

SOURCE: I would like to know how to rebuild a gas / oil

Try EricGorr.com Dirt Bike service manual is great. It will explain all that you will need to know about dirt bikes servicing your suspension and the complete bike tear downs. It cost about 20.00

RaceTech.com has all of the tools you will need. Get ready to spend some money though these are specialized tools so they are expensive but they will save you money in the long run.

SOURCE: how much shock oil goes into a rear shock of a kx

It doesn't hold very much. One quart will do the job - with a lot to spare. The entire interior gets filled, but there is a sequence and procedure to filling without bubbles, so do a little investigating.

How much oil do i put in the rear shok for a yz250

You can change it. Im looking for the correct amount to do it myself. I already pulled mine apart and bought a rebuild kit for it. Comes with a new nitrogen bladder, o rings for the seal, and a few other necessary items. Just remember to measure where the jam nuts holding your spring is so you can put it back in the correct location. As for the nitrogen i heard 150 psi. I'm fortunate to work at an offroad racing shop so i'm just gonna fill mine with nitrogen there, but i dont think you should get charged too much at a regular bike shop. Rockymountainatv.com has the rebuild kit. You will need the seals atleast. If i find anything else out i'll let you know. Hope this helps.

I have a 98 cr250 and the rear shock feels blown who can rebuild

You have 17-position rebound-damping, and compression-damping adjustment separated into low-speed (13 positions) and high-speed (3.5 turns)
